It is not possible for a custom app to reboot or shutdown the watch without root. However, if we can make this app a system app, it works perfectly. To do so, we still need some kind of root. Fortunately, we can gain temporary root via ADB using a modified boot.img by Neuer_User. Without his work, making this app a system app won’t be possible for non-root users
